Shipping policy

We provide full shockproof international cross-border shipping for all vinyl, CD and music accessory orders. Vinyl and CDs are fragile and easily scratched or deformed during long-distance overseas transportation, so we adopt exclusive multi-layer dust-proof and anti-pressure packaging for all music products.

Each vinyl record is equipped with a brand new anti-static inner sleeve and dust-proof outer plastic sleeve, wrapped with thick bubble film, reinforced with hard cardboard on both sides to prevent bending, then packed into thickened rigid cartons filled with soft buffer paper. All CD items are individually sealed with anti-scratch protective sleeves and stored in solid small cartons. Every parcel is attached with prominent fragile warning labels and double checked before sealing.

All orders will be rechecked, cleaned and packed for delivery within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Weekends and holidays are not counted in processing time. After shipment, a unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email for real-time logistics inquiry at any time.

All import duties, local taxes and customs clearance fees generated in the destination country shall be borne by buyers alone. We provide complete formal customs documents to assist smooth clearance. All delivery times are only estimated references; delays caused by customs inspection, logistics congestion, bad weather and policy changes are beyond our control, and we will not take responsibility for relevant losses.

If you receive damaged parcels, scratched/warped vinyl, cracked CD cases, wrong albums or missing accessories, please contact customer service within 48 hours after receipt, and provide your order number with clear photos or videos of damaged packages and goods. We will verify the issue quickly and offer full refund, free replacement and other proper after-sales solutions to protect your legitimate rights.
